Langkah-langkah buat Macaroons

- Mixer Putih Telur sampai berbusa, tambahkan Gula Pasir dan Garam sedikit2 sampai Soft Peak.
- Masukkan ayakan Tepung Almond+Gula Halus secara bertahap, aduk balik sampai rata. Jangan over mix, nanti adonan bs mimpes. Kalo mau dikasih warna, bs ditahap ini.
- Masukkan adonan dlm piping bag, potong ujungnya, cetak bulat2 sesuai keinginan. Diamkan sampai permukaan nya kering/tdk lengket jika disentuh.
- Panggang suhu 170° selama 10menit, putar loyang lalu panggang lg 10menit.
- Dinginkan, isi filling sesuai selera (Kmrn sy pakai adonan icing sugar yg biasa utk hias cookies😁) Bisa jg pake DCC dilelehin.
